Read MoreThis past weekend I visited the newly remodeled Bass Museum of Art in Miami Beach. Their current exhibit features a solo show by Pascale Marthine Tayou, and a major retrospective of Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone, including Vocabulary of Solitude, a large room scattered with life-size clowns snoozing in various positions. I photographed some dramatic light and shadows within and around the museum.
From Basquiat's Unknown Notebooks to the Ideological Circuits presentation within the Routes of Influence exhibition the Pérez Art Museum was part of this year's Downtown Art Days.
